I know, I know. I haven’t posted a Spoken Word Wednesday video in ages. Sue me.

Anyway, with it being Black History Month and all, I give you “So I Run” by Will da Real One Bell. This guy is an awesome talent, and one the nicest, shyest people you’ll ever meet in person (I’ve had the pleasure of meeting him and he is a sweetheart).
